General Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is 100 percent guaranteed.  If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled live event, we will refund 100 percent of your purchase.

You may receive a full refund of tuition paid for continuing education courses if you are unable to attend a scheduled course or in the event you feel the course delivered on the promised value.  For continuing education course series, you may be refunded 100 percent of tuition up through and following the first session.  No refunds will be made if you participate in the second and subsequent sessions.

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Core Vision, Inc. Refunds are requested after we receive and process the products you returned.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs when applicable.

Record Retention

Core Vision, Inc. maintains both physical and electronic records of all coaching, consulting and continuing education seminar attendance records for seven years.  Electronic files and records are backed up on a web-based server for maximum protection and security.  All personal assessments are maintained electronically and the participants will have access to those reports forever.

Program Cancellation

If for any reason a scheduled program is canceled all registrants will be notified with as much advance notice possible.  Participants will be given the option to attend the event when and if it is rescheduled or they may request a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

Complaint Resolution Policy

Our commitment is 100 percent client satisfaction.  Complaints may be submitted by email to encrypted_email1 or by calling our office directly.

Course Update Policy

We make every effort to keep course content current through our ongoing expert research and field experience.  All continuing education and certification courses we offer are updated and validated by an outside group of behavioral experts and colleagues every two years.
